sorry this is not french, but I need your help guys. Last week I was playing black ops 3 and, without hacking or anything else, the game froze. When i used antoher console id to get online there was a message saying that i was console banned from the black ops 3 servers! I really want to play again, so please tell me, is there a solution?

I think that you need to create another users and another PSN for to play bo3
