Hi this is made to help those who know they have working CID on DEX consoles and still get error code, 8002A224, when attempting to use it.

When I try using CIDs that I know are valid it sometimes gives me error code, 8002A224, saying its a non valid CID.



To fix this issue change the region of the CID and it will work.

Changing the region to 87, will no longer give error code 8002A224 and your CID is now functioning.
