Quelqu'un pourrai m'expliquer comment faire fonctionner haxton console ? il n'y a pas d’exécutable je suis un peux perdu

j'ai un problème avec NecroBOT.

J'aimerais que tous les Pokémons en dessous de 85% IV perfect soit transférés, mais ils ne le sont pas.
