When you click multilayer on the call of duty 4, make sure before you click online wait 20 to 30 seconds and then click online, this activates the codes, but if you don't then the codes will not work at all, also if you want to use the 10th or 11th prestige hack you would need to go through split screen and activate it and go back online and you should be the prestige that was selected, this includes insane stats.
