Player menus
NOTE: The player menu refreshes on death to fix the bug where new players joining didn't show up..
Simply kill yourself and re open the menu and the new players will be on the list
There are three player menus
Players 1 ~ shows players 0 - 6
Players 2 ~ shows all players in the level

Player names are now colour coded for verification
Yellow = Co Host
Green = Vip
Red = unverified.
